Using firm pressure and slow, focused strokes, it works deep into your muscles to release knots, improve movement, and support healing. Ideal if you have persistent aches, stiffness, or are recovering from an injury. Feel your body loosen up and restored as tension melts away. You can book 60min, 75min or 90min appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment will be charged the full service fee. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
